Dye Removers

They are chemicals used to remove the dye on the dyed surfaces. Dye removers are divided into two groups as liquids and gels to provide ease of application to moving and stable parts:p>

  1. Liquid Dye Removers
    Water-based Dye Removers:
They can be mixed with water at a specific rate by volume and require heat to provide high alkali and performance.
    Solvent-based Dye Removers:
They are solvent-based products that can be applied cold and directly.
  2. Gel Dye Removers
They are solvent-based and high-viscosity products used to remove the dyes on the nondetachable parts easily. They are directly applied to a surface with a brush or roller.

Paint And Dust Holders

They are the products that keep the paints and dust suspended in the air in the paint shop cabinets.
These products, also called cabin coating chemicals in paint shops, are of 2 types:

  1. Washable Cabinet Coating
It is preferred in paint booths that can be washed with water.

  2. Peelable Cabinet Coating
It is preferred in paint booths where washing is not suitable, in areas such as robots, doors and windows.

Paint and dust collectors;

  • Facilitates cabin cleaning.
  • Reduces the time spent on cleaning.
  • Protects the cabinet and contributes to the prolongation of its life.
  • Reduces the quality problems of the painted part.

It is also preferred because it creates a clean appearance on the surfaces on which it is applied with its transparent structure.

Lime and Rust Removers

They are products that clean the lime and rust formed in machinery and equipment. It can be used together with water-based passivation fluids that will cut the contact of the application area with the air.

Thanks to the metal protective inhibitors specially developed for the material type, it does not show any negative effects on the surface on which it is applied. In this way, it prevents damage and punctures that may occur on metal surfaces.

System Cleaning Chemicals

  1. Cabin Cleaning Chemicals
It is a chemical group used to clean all points of paint shop cabins, mud removal facilities and surface treatment lines during annual maintenance. Aim; It is to provide easy cleaning of hardened layers, oils and residues at points where manual cleaning cannot be performed (such as pipelines, walls, nozzles).

  2. Machinery and Assembly Lines Cleaning Chemicals
These are the chemicals used to clean the heavy pollutions that occur in machine processing benches (such as cnc, rolling) and assembly lines.
