The oil separator machine separates unwanted waste oil from water with its special interior
design. In this way, the life of the main system bath (such as degreasing baths, cnc
benches) is extended. The consumption of chemicals used in the main system bath is reduced.
The oily water suction pump is connected to the oil main system with a stainless suction
head. The pump takes the oil accumulated on the surface of the main system bath with the
suction head and carries it to the oil separator equipment. The oily water mixture coming to
the oil separator equipment is rested in the lamella oil holding body and the oil rising up
with the density difference is thrown out of the system through the weirs. The separated oil
is collected in the waste collection chamber and stored at the waste site to be sent for
disposal.
Clean water, free of waste oil, is returned to the main system bath. Thus,
the oil separation process is completed.
